Biotta Potato Juice is a lacto-fermented juice made from organic potatoes and organic fennel, produced by Biotta, a Swiss juice maker with decades of experience in fermented vegetable juices. The juice is pressed from freshly harvested potatoes and blended with a small proportion of fennel juice, then naturally fermented using L(+) lactic acid — the same gentle fermentation process used across Biotta’s vegetable juice range.

How to use
Shake well before drinking. Traditionally taken in small amounts (roughly half a glass) before meals, on its own or mixed into soups and smoothies. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 8 days.

Potato juice has long been used in Central European wellness traditions alongside other lacto-fermented vegetable juices, valued for its potassium content and mild, earthy flavour. It contains no added sugar and no artificial flavourings.
