What is Biotta Breuss Juice?

Although the exact quantities remain a secret to this day. Breuss Juice combines the juices of organic beetroot, carrot, celeriac, potato and radish. Naturally rich and earthy, there are absolutely no add extras in there, not even salt, and the juices are all freshly pressed – not from concentrate.

Minus the radish juice (which contains mustard oil acting as a natural stabiliser). The juices of the different vegetable components are lacto-ferment. Which supports the production of naturally occurring, gut-friendly L+ lactic acid.
