Lamberts Vitamin D3 400iu provides 10µg of this important nutrient in the prefer D3 form and at a strength that is being recommend by the Department of Health for the following groups of people:

• pregnant and breastfeeding women
• all adults over the age of 65years
• anyone not exposed to much sun
