HyperCal Wound Salve
A traditional herbal medicinal HyperCal Wound Salve used for the relief of painful cuts and minor wounds.
How to use HyperCal Wound Salve :
For application to the skin only. Wash hands before and after use.
Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years: Clean the affected area and apply directly or on a dry dressing two or three times daily.
Do not use for more than 1 week.

Do not use HyperCal Wound Salve in children under 12 years of age.
Do not use if you are allergic to the active ingredients or to plants of the Asteraceae (Compositae) family or to any of the other ingredients.

Warnings and precautions:
- If symptoms worsen or persist after one week, consult a doctor or qualified healthcare practitioner.
If signs of a skin infection are observed a doctor or other qualified healthcare practitioner should be consulted.
Discontinue use if redness, irritation or dry skin occurs.
Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes.
Contains wool fat (lanolin) which may cause local skin reactions e.g. contact dermatitis.
For external use only.
Do not store above 25°C.
Store in the original container.
Do not use after the expiry date stated on the carton.
Keep all medicines out of the sight and reach of children.
Clean the wound with Weleda Hypercal Healing Lotion and/or water. Apply a small amount of HyperCal Wound Salve Cream two to three times daily and if necessary cover with a dressing, or as directed by your health care professional.
Ingredients:
1g of ointment contains: 0.10 ml of tincture from
Calendula officinalis L., herba (Calendula herb) (equivalent to 50 mg of
Calendula herb) and 0.15 ml of tincture from Hypericum perforatum L.,
herba (St John’s Wort herb) (equivalent to 50 mg of St John’s Wort herb).
Extraction solvent for both tinctures: Ethanol 86 % w/w.
Other ingredients are Wool Fat (Lanolin), Sunflower Oil, Olive Oil, Yellow
Beeswax, Ethanol and Purified Water.
