A Vogel believed that many herbs work synergistically to benefit the user. Ginsavena is a  combination of  Avena sativa and Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus). help maintain normal healthy energy levels, especially for those under pressure.

Avena sativa Ginsavena

Avena sativa plant, people’s normally know as the oat plant, has been use for centuries as both a food and a herb. It is the green leafy parts of the oat plant, as use in juice and energy drinks, which is use to make our Avena sativa tincture, rather than oat grain which is commonly use as food.

This herb contains a number of plant chemicals including a substance known as gramine. The amount of these plant substances is highest just as the A sativa plant is about to break into flower and the seeds begin to form. We use freshly harvested, organically grown Avena to produce this tincture.

Avena Sativa Benefits

Avena sativa benefits: Oats are a rich source of protein, minerals, fats, beta-glucan, polysaccharides, and dietary fiber. They also contain many other nutrients such as antioxidants and lipid (fat) lowering chemicals such as flavonoids, saponins, sterols and more.

The active ingredients in Eleutherococcus are called eleutherosides. Recently, Western medicine has also recognised the adaptogenic benefits of this herb.
