Clearspring Organic Miso White Soup sweet” or “smooth” miso, white miso is mature for a more limited time frame and lower in salt than hazier assortments. It’s incredible in warm-climate soups, dressings, and light sauces. It can even be utilize instead of dairy in certain plans (think miso pureed potatoes).
Mellow white miso soup recipe
- 1 (3-inch) piece of kombu.
- 4 cups water.
- 3 tablespoons wakame dried seaweed.
- ¼ cup white miso paste.
- ⅓ cup chopped scallions.
- 6 ounces silken tofu, cubed.
- tamari, to taste.
