• Directions for use:
  Adults and the elderly:
  Relaxing Oral Drops for the temporary relief of mild stress symptoms:
  15-20 drops in a small glass of water, three times a day.
  To aid sleep:
  20-40 drops in a small glass of water, half an hour before retiring to bed.
  The maximum daily dose is 100 drops.
  Do not exceed the stated dose.
  For oral use only.

Do not take if you are:
• Allergic to any of the ingredients
• Pregnant or breastfeeding
• Relaxing Oral Drops are not for under 18 years of age
• Taking other medicines know to interact with alcohol
• Taking other medicines to help you sleep or relieve anxiety

Warnings and Precautions:
If symptoms worsen or persist after 7 days consult a doctor or qualified healthcare practitioner.
This medicine contains alcohol. If you feel sleepy or dizzy, do not drive or use machines. Excessive intake of alcohol whilst taking this product should be avoid.
This product is only intend for the temporary relief of symptoms associat with mild stress. If you have signs and symptoms of depression, consult your doctor.
Do not store above 25ºC.
