Weleda Arnica Massage Balm
Weleda Arnica Massage Balm is a traditional herbal medicinal product used for the symptomatic relief of muscular pain and stiffness, sprains and minor sports injuries, based on traditional use only. It combines arnica flower and birch leaf extracts with rosemary, lavender and lavandin oils. Available in 50ml, 100ml and 200ml sizes, it is a handy balm for the kit bag, desk drawer or garden shed.

The balm spreads easily with the palm of the hand. Wash your hands after use and keep it away from the eyes. It may stain clothing, so let it absorb before dressing. Read the Patient Information Leaflet before first use.
Apply sparingly with gentle massage, 3 to 4 times daily. Do not use if allergic to arnica or daisy family plants, if pregnant or breastfeeding, or on broken skin. Consult a doctor if symptoms worsen or last more than two weeks.
